Obituary of Doreen Catherine Haffie
Entered into rest at Carveth Care Centre on Thursday March 7th, 2024 at the age of 96. Beloved wife for 71 years to John Hilton Haffie. Dear mother of Rose Michie (Bob), Larry Haffie (the late Chris). Cherished grandmother of Roger (Colette), Mark (Kelly), Sarah (Dean), Anne (Shawn). Treasured great grandmother Josh, Matt and Ava. Doreen was predeceased by her son Roger Haffie, a brother Gerald Lappan, two sisters Esther Truesdell and Audrey Lappan.
Friends may call at the Barclay Funeral Home, 1033 Prince St, Lansdowne on Friday March 15, 2024 from 2 – 4 & 6 – 8 p.m. The Liturgy of the Christian Funeral will be celebrated St. Patrick’s Church, 985 Kidd Rd. N., Lansdowne on Saturday March 16th, 2024 at 11 a.m. Interment will follow at St. Patrick’s Cemetery.
