Funeral: A Celebration of Life at a later date

Tribute: Peacefully entered into the arms of her Saviour at the Brockville General Hospital on Sunday, June 10, 2012 in her 94th year. Ruth Zabel of Brockville was predeceased (1996) by her beloved husband Bill and is survived by her three children and their spouses - Allen Zabel ( Barbara) of Kingston, Jerry Zabel (Narjis Phillips) of Kingston, Lynn Bushfield (John) of Ottawa. Ruth ("Mom Mom") was adored by her grandchildren Chris, Tracy (Andrew), Shelley (Michael), Linda (Joe), Kathy (Chris), Karen (Brett), Terri (Mark), and Tim (Joanna). Ruth delighted in her 15 great grandchildren - Edan, Sierra, Carson, Jake, Jonah, Gracie, Annie, Sophie, Clara, Cameron, Owen, Justin, Tessa, Jeremiah, and Treyton.
Predeceased by her parents Minnie Kate and Charles Hersh, sisters, Alice Sellers and Naomi Talbot and brother Charles, all of Maryland.
Ruth will be forever in the hearts of her family and fondly remembered by her many wonderful friends whom she dearly loved and appreciated for their caring friendships.

At Ruth's request there will be no visitation at the Funeral Home. A Celebration of life service will be held at Centennial Road Church in early July. Barclay Funeral 137 Pearl Street East, Brockville entrusted with the arrangements. In memoriams to Centennial Road Church or the Heart & Stroke Foundation.
