Beloved husband of Doreen (Doull) Wax, Dear father of Patricia Vickery (David) of Johnstown and Derek Wax (Julie Bata) of Brampton. Loving grandfather of Joshua Vickery, Tania (Jenny) Todd and Anthony Bata-Wax. Georg is survived by his sisters Anna, Hana Lore, his sister-in-law Hilda Wax and several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Georg and Anna (Grenschneder) Wax, his brother Joseph and a sister Helga.

Family and friends may call at the Barclay Funeral Home 137 Pearl Street East, Brockville on Wednesday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Thursday May 31, 2012 at 1:30 p.m. Interment will follow at Oakland Cemetery. In memoriams to the Brockville and District Hospital Foundation Palliative Care or the Canadian Cancer Society would be gratefully acknowledged by the family.
